Michael is very laid back & never lets anything up set him.My wife & I where looking for a new home for 2 years with Michael. The first year I had a triple by-pass & the next year my wife fell & shattered her elbow. Michael was so patient with us. One afternoon in September of 2019 we looked at new homes at Cobblestone Farms off of exit 17 on highway 400. We walked into the model & my wife liked the model so we looked around for a lot. By the time we arrived back to the model Michael had negotiated the base price down by ten thousand for us. Michael even went to the design center with us & wasted 10 hours of his time when he could be with others clients. I asked him why he went to the design ctr. with us & Michael replied back to me & said; I wanted to make sure that no one at the design center sold you anything we did not need for the house. I would recommend Michael to any person that I love dearly. That’s what I think of Michael. Sometimes he spoke to my wife. We promised Michael that we would purchase a home from him. When we looked at Cobblestone Farm’s, my wife was really impressed with the model home. We placed money down & went looking for a lot. We found one and to our surprise. Michael was talking to the supervisor of Meritage Homes and he negotiated $10,000.00 of the price of the home that we just purchased. Michael is a good man. He is honest, trustworthy to deal with& a very nice person to deal with. Also, if you purchase a brand new home. He will go to the design center with you so you do not purchase anything you do not need
